Page of Misfit Bands

Like the "Land of Misfit Toys" in the Rudolph the Rednosed Reindeer television show, here is the "Page of Misfit Bands." So far there are only a couple of bands, but I'll keep adding more. It seems most people end up here after searching for misfit toys or Rudolph so I thought I'd add some links for their sake. You can buy the show on Amazon.com on either VHS or DVD. The Rankin/Bass website has a bunch of additional information about the show and all their others.

There are now some songs that I sampled as Sun AU files. They are indicated by a link. If I find a sound format with better compression, I'll use that--disk space is at a premium here at Servtech.

Speaking of the "Land of Misfit Toys," Al from Sporkfly sent me an e-mail in December, 1997 saying Sporkfly is featured with Ether Park on their album Ether Park and Friends Visit the Island of Misfit Toys which is a compilation of cover versions of tunes from the shows Santa Claus is Coming To Town and Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer. The album can be purchased from The Local Music Store who also feature some RealAudio clips.
